he Philippine Embassy to Singapore headed by Ambassador Minda C. Cruz, earnestly responded to our proposal to conduct Training for the Philippine Embassy Staff and Filipino Community Abroad. Through the help of Welfare Officer Edwin Garcia of OWWA Singapore, the Seminar for the Philippine Embassy Staff was scheduled last October 30, 2009 and the FilCom Leaders last October 31, 2009. Seminar was themed: Psychological Training Program and Seminar to Filipino Migrant Workers Abroad, topics that were given are Relationship Wellness, Personal dynamics and Cultural Differences. On November 1, 2009, we conduct group sessions at the embassy halfway house, Singapore
